By creating an account or using any part of the Porta platform, including Management, Lite Web & Lite Form, Bookings & Lite Fund, Lite Shop & System, Accounts & Numbers, Boost & Utilities, Finance & Rewards, and Ask Telly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Policy Center.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Porta account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at portadigitalplc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use Porta to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.
You retain ownership of the content you publish on your Lite Web page. By publishing, you grant Porta a license to host and display that content as part of operating the platform. You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights.
If you create a Lite Form, you're solely responsible for how you use the responses you collect, including obtaining any consent required from respondents and complying with applicable data protection law. Porta processes those responses on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, but is not a party to what you do with them afterward.
Reviews may only be submitted by a signed-in account holder verifying their own login, and must reflect a genuine experience with Porta. Your review is published with the name, username and profile photo on your account. We may remove a review that is fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in violation of these Terms.
Fees for subscriptions, transactions, and usage-based services are described in our Pricing page and disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Where a service carries a discount or a service fee, such as airtime, electricity, betting wallet funding or recharge cards, the discount or fee and the final total you will be charged are shown on the payment screen as soon as you enter an amount, before you pay. Payment handling is further described in our Payment Policy.
Money you receive as a seller, event host, campaign owner, or Lite Web creator (Lite Shop sales, booking payouts, Lite Fund donations, and Lite Web tips/payments) is credited to your Porta wallet, but is not immediately withdrawable. It's placed in a temporary hold buffer for a standard chargeback-protection window, typically 3 to 7 working days from the date of the sale or payment (5 to 7 working days for Lite Fund donations), before moving to your spendable balance. This hold is not third-party escrow, the funds are already reflected as yours in the app, they simply aren't withdrawable until the hold period matures. If a payment you received is reversed or successfully disputed (for example, a card chargeback) before the hold matures, the held amount may be voided instead of released. We may adjust hold-period lengths platform-wide within a reasonable range as part of our fraud and chargeback controls.
Withdrawals, sends, and other outbound wallet activity may be delayed, limited, or held for manual review as part of our fraud prevention and AML program, described in our AML Policy.
Porta facilitates transactions between buyers, sellers and event organizers but is not a party to the underlying sale or event. Sellers and organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and fulfilling their obligations to buyers and attendees. Payouts to sellers and hosts are subject to the wallet hold described in Section 8.
Lite Fund lets you create fundraising campaigns and accept donations from the public. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of your campaign and the lawful, intended use of any funds raised. Donations are paid directly to you, credited to your Porta wallet, and are not held in third-party escrow by Porta, however, like other creator payouts, they are subject to the temporary hold described in Section 8 before becoming withdrawable. A service fee and a processing fee apply to each donation, disclosed to the donor before checkout. We may pause, edit, or remove a campaign that appears fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
Certain features, including sending payments, hosting paid events, selling on the Marketplace, and withdrawing funds, require identity verification (KYC) as described in our KYC Policy. We may limit account functionality until verification is complete, and we screen accounts and transactions against sanctions and other watchlists as part of our AML Policy. We may request additional documentation, delay a transaction, or restrict an account where needed to comply with these checks.
Numbers are virtual/rental phone numbers sold for SMS or call verification, delivered automatically on purchase. Usage tips and rules are shown on the Numbers page in the app, and following them is your responsibility. Numbers are delivered goods and are non-refundable once issued, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Accounts are pre-made social, messaging, or platform accounts sold and delivered automatically through our Server 1 and Server 2 catalogs. All accounts are checked before sale. To reduce the risk of a flag or lockout, we require the first-login procedure shown on the Accounts page in the app, and following it is a condition of replacement. Replacement for a faulty account is available only where the fault is caused by us, and only within 24 hours of purchase provided this procedure was followed, there is no replacement after a password change, misuse, suspension, or a mistake on your end, and accounts cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Porta is not responsible for activity on an account after a successful login.
Utilities covers airtime, data, TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, WAEC/JAMB PINs, betting wallet funding, and recharge cards (ePins), fulfilled instantly through our payment partners. Enter the recipient details, phone number, meter number, smartcard/IUC number, exactly as required: a payment sent against a wrong number cannot be recovered or refunded, this applies regardless of whether the mistake was yours or a typo. If a purchase fails or a token/PIN doesn't arrive, it's automatically re-checked against the provider and typically resolves or is refunded to your wallet without you needing to do anything, see our Refund Policy. Delivery timing depends on the underlying network or biller and can occasionally be delayed by their downtime, which is outside our control.
Boost covers social growth services (followers, views, likes, engagement, and similar) fulfilled by our growth-services partner. Only order Boost for an account, page, or link you own or represent. Keep the target public for the duration of delivery, if it's set to private, restricted, or removed mid-order, the lost progress can't be recovered. Where a service is marked as refill-eligible or carries a stability guarantee, that coverage applies only within the window stated on that specific service at checkout, budget or non-refill services carry no refill or refund if numbers drop afterward. Cancelled or failed orders are refunded to your wallet; completed orders are not. Porta is not liable for action a platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) takes against an account as a result of a Boost order.
System covers your invoices, recharge card (ePin) records, and other order documentation, generated automatically from your completed transactions. A System invoice or ePin record is the accepted proof of purchase for anything bought through Porta. Keep any card PIN or serial confidential once it's revealed to you, we can look it up again for you, but we cannot reissue or void a card that has already been redeemed on the issuing network.
Ask Telly is Porta's in-app AI assistant. It can look up information for you and, only where you explicitly approve, take an action in your account, such as placing an order or a trade, on your behalf. Telly proposes actions for your confirmation, it does not spend funds or place an order you haven't approved. Its responses may occasionally be inaccurate, confirm amounts, recipients, and other details yourself before approving anything it proposes. You remain responsible for any action you confirm through Telly, in the same way as if you'd carried it out yourself elsewhere in the app.
Management covers Manage (running or handling an existing account or page on your behalf) and Market (promotion and marketing campaigns), booked to the schedule, platform, and scope you specify at booking. Any access or admin rights you grant for a Manage order are used solely to deliver that order. Any campaign materials you submit under Market must be yours to use or properly licensed, Porta isn't responsible for content you supply. Budgets are deducted on confirmation as stated in your booking; work already performed or media spend already committed is not refundable.
A Request lets you ask for something outside our standard catalog. Submitting a Request is not itself a purchase, no charge is made until we confirm we can fulfil it and you accept the quoted price. Once accepted and paid, a Request is governed by the same terms as the matching standard category above, an Accounts-type request follows Section 13, a Utilities-type request follows Section 14, and so on.
Rewards covers your level benefits and referral commissions, which accrue automatically at the rate shown in the app on the activity of accounts you refer. Reward levels are based on your cumulative spend. You can also apply as a Porta Agent from the Reward Centre for a one-time fee of ₦20,000, which unlocks Agent prices, set halfway between the standard user price and the developer API price, across Porta services. The Developer upgrade is a one-time fee of ₦50,000. Upgrade fees are non-refundable once the upgrade is active, and we may withdraw Agent or Developer pricing, without refund, from accounts that abuse it. We may adjust a level, or forfeit a bonus balance, if we determine an account engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity to inflate either.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. Outstanding balances will be handled according to our Refund Policy, subject to any active wallet holds described in Section 8.
Porta is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. See our Status page for current platform availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Porta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Porta in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Porta after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved as described in our Dispute Resolution policy.
Porta delivers some services through licensed third-party providers: Bitget for crypto (deposit addresses, withdrawals, trading and conversion), tokenized stock investing through Bitget as well, and Flutterwave for fiat payments such as card payments, bank transfers and payouts. These providers are independent companies. Their availability, rules and compliance checks apply to the services delivered through them, and a provider may delay, limit or suspend a service at any time, which can affect what Porta can offer you.
Providers, and Bitget in particular, restrict certain wallet addresses, exchanges, platforms, services and parties, as well as certain countries and regions. These regional restrictions apply to all crypto activity on Porta, including crypto payments, and you must not use Porta's crypto features if you are a citizen, resident or entity located in a restricted jurisdiction. Porta cannot send crypto to, or receive crypto from, a restricted destination or source, and these restrictions can change without notice. You must not deposit to or withdraw from Porta using a wallet, platform or party that the provider restricts. See our Service Providers & Restricted Transfers policy for details.
A transfer involving a restricted wallet, platform or party may be rejected, delayed, held for review or returned, and network or provider fees may not be recoverable. You are responsible for checking that the address, network and platform you use are correct and supported before you send. Porta is not responsible for losses caused by sending to or from a restricted, unsupported or incorrect address or platform, and funds sent in this way may not be recoverable.
